Lighting controls firm Delmatic has opened a second office in London. The company said the new office would help it to handle the increasing number of designs and projects in the city and strengthen the company’s relationships with key consultants, contractors and clients based in the area.

“Our London client base has seen a steady and sustainable growth,” said Steve Hanover, Delmatic’s sales director. “The opening of our new Old Broad Street offices will allow us to more effectively and efficiently serve our central London clients.” The new City office will work collaboratively with Delmatic’s west London office as well as Delmatic’s international offices in the UAE, Qatar and Saudi.

Delmatic opened its first London office in 1959 and has equipped hundreds of projects in the city including landmark buildings such as Tower 42, The Gherkin and The Shard. Recent and current projects in London include The London School of Economics, Crossrail stations across the capital, major projects at Canon Place, London Wall and Aldersgate, as well as the University of Greenwich and St Katherine’s Dock.
