Design features:
The main seal is non-contact mechanical seal.
The second seal is dry gas seal, which is the non-contact operation, and make sure the main seal has some back pressure.
A little process medium leaked out by the main seal will be discharged into the torch.
The main seal fails and the dry gas seal take effect.
